Paper Submission Summary

The competition of authors was very tough for this year's SAFECOMP edition. Initially, we received 141 abstracts and then 101 full papers. The selection was done on the basis of full papers only. Full papers were subject to a careful reviewing process by the International Programme Committee (IPC) members and external reviewers. In total, 300 reviews were made followed by the IPC meeting in Cologne. Finally, 32 papers have been selected to the programme of the SAFECOMP 2006 conference.

Authors Instructions

Camera-ready versions of the accepted papers should be submitted by 16 June 2006. Both, source files and printable files are neccessary. As papers will be published in Springer LNCS series they must conform to the LNCS format - relevant templates can be found at Springer-Verlag website. The maximum length of the camera-ready version is 14 pages.

In addition to the final version of your paper you must submit a copyright transfer form. To find the copyright form, go to Springer page for authors and click the link 'Information for LNCS Authors', which will open a page containing the link 'copyrigh.pdf (pdf, 76 Kb)' on the right side.

The signed copyright form should either be:

  • faxed to +48 58 347 2727,
  • scanned and emailed to: safecomp2006@eti.pg.gda.pl
(mentioning your paper-id in the Subject field),
  • or sent by postal service to the Conference secretariat:
